Zucchini. Not the most popular vegetable in the garden I’m sure you’ll agree but after tasting these Panko-Parmesan Crusted Zucchini Fries by Melissa’s Southern Style Kitchen (you’ll be so glad you did) I’m sure you’ll change your mind! I’ve heard no dipping sauce is needed because of the fantastic flavor of the fries themselves but I personally would serve these with mayonnaise or the classic tomato ketchup. I also heard ranch dressing, marinara sauce and barbecue mayonnaise help these zucchini fries go down a treat. Take a look at the recipe below and just try and stop your kids from eating their vegetables now!

I Love Zucchini and so do my kids bake stuffed Zucchini , bread, or sliced zucchini with summer squash onion and butter wrapped in tinfoil on the grill.

These are even better if you slice them lengthwise and thin. When they come out of the deep fryer, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with cocktail sauce. Unbelievably delicious!
